Effect of Running Exercise on Oxidative Stress Biomarkers: A Systematic Review
Background: Exercise induced health benefits are limited by the overaccumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS and further oxidative stress could potentially induce muscle damage which could result in poor exercise performance.
