Through the research question "Is there a culture of silence in the kindergarten sector?" we have tried to get an answer to whether kindergarten employees choose to stay silent or choose to express themselves in matters dealing with the community mandate, the law of kindergartens and the educational framework.“Culture of Silence” is not a defined term, and little research has been done on the matter.
