Aim. Osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) is a serious sideeffect of amine bisphosphonate (NBP) and/or other antiresorptive agents frequently used in the management of osteometabolic and cancer-related condition. The traditional ONJ definition exclude patients who present the non-exposed variant.
