Abstract Intensive Care Units (ICU) medical staff is frequently subject of great amount of psychological and physical occupational pressure. There are three main sources of pressure: professional responsability for the medical act, organizational requirements and interpersonal/intrapersonal relationships. The Mediating Role of Individual Differences in the Interaction between Specific Socioprofessional Pressures and Job Satisfaction
Abstract Previous research suggests that individual differences play an essential role in the complex process of organisational stress. The mediator role of specific individual differences and coping strategies, in the stressor – strain (effect) relationship is investigated in the present research. One sample of romanian employees (N=311) from an administrative-public service organisation participated in the study. Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate significant measures between indicators / factors associated to compulsive Internet use and academic procrastination behaviors, for a sample of students, from Romanian education institutions. Diagnosing Occupational Stress in Romanian Organisations
Abstract The study investigates the complex topic of occupational stress, based on a comprehensive model of stress diagnosis and management for romanian employees (N=1026 participants), at individual and organizational level.
