The need and implications of the human capital management system

In an era where technology and innovation seem to take over every organizational process, differentiation in terms of sustainable economic growth is achieved by implementing a human capital management system. In order to develop a proper model that encompasses a long-term perspective and an infinite organizational mindset, using a survey questionnaire collected data from 118 responses and 3 focus groups were conducted.
