International audience; Archaeological excavations, that we have operated in the site of steles Les Touriès in south Aveyron for ten years, allow us to understand the way of living and the evolution of this sanctuary dated from the first and from the beginning of the second Iron Age. We could discover some steles alignments, some warriors and chariot statues, a probable funeral mound and a commemorative podium. All these elements follow eachother, between the 8th and the 4th century B.C., according to the rhythm of local or regional leaders likely in competition.
