Functionality (art. 169) in order to promote the consumers? interests and for a high level of protection ,E.U. will have a contribution to protect health security and economic interest of consumers as well as to promote their right for being informed for education and organization in order to defend their own interests .Therefore , we speak about the necessity to promote the right to get informed inside the E.U. and this is being carried out by the citizens? (consumers) access to powerful competitive markets, by press news release, sites, conferences.
