This paper presents the main rural tourism networks in France and the forms of rural tourism encountered in this country. In the data presented lies a bibliographic study on the development of rural tourism network "Bienvenue a la ferme" between 1996 and 2013. Data analysis presented highlights rural tourism forms with the most dynamic development in the period considered, given that France is the first European country where the level of organization, diversification and promotion of rural tourism took place.

Integrated protection represents a modern approach, denoting a protection strategy of agro-ecosystems; and it represents a complex system employing all appropriate methods in a manner as consistent and smooth as possible, in order to maintain the biocenotic balance of agrosystems and to keep pathogens at a level at which they do not cause economic damage (so-called level of eco-efficiency). ISSUES CONCERNING THE TYPOLOGY OF RURAL TOURISTIC PENSIONS FORM MARGINIMEA SIBIULUI, SIBIU COUNTY, ROMANIA

The study was conducted in May-June 2013, in two places in the tourist area called "Mărginimea Sibiului", Sibiu, Romania. The research instrument used was a questionnaire comprising 25 questions and was sent to the owners / managers of pensions (18 people) by 9 people from rural places Sibiel and 9 people from Gura Râului. According to data from Sibiu County Tourism Association, in Sibiel there are recorded 40 tourist structures, and in Gura Râului, 22. Data from the field were processed, systematized and interpreted.
