Resumen: En este trabajo se examina el significado de la ciencia ficción para la reflexión jurídico-cinematográfica. Con ese fin, el autor explora los problemas a la hora de delimitar conceptualmente el género de ciencia ficción como paso previo al análisis de su virtualidad para promover el debate y la crítica jurídica, moral y política.
