The purpose of the present research paper is to highlight and go deeply into the role and manner of action of project management in carrying out the position of leader of the project, by taking into consideration the advantages which the practice of leadership carries, through the influence exerted over the project team in order to conduct actions towards accomplishing the specific and general objectives of the project.
