Radiologisch assistierte perkutane Gastro-/Enterostomie - Retrospektive Analyse von 90 Eingriffen
PURPOSE To analyse retrospectively the indications, technique and results of radiologically induced gastrostomies or enterostomies. PATIENTS AND METHOD Radiologically assisted gastrostomies or enterostomies were induced in 90 patients, mostly with high grade obstructions due to head and neck tumours or oesophageal tumours. 19/90 patients had had previous resection of the oesophagus or gastric operations. RESULTS A catheter was successfully introduced in all patients. In 11/90 patients this was followed by a two-stage procedure.
