Purpose To evaluate the efficacy, predictability, safety, and stability of a new-model posterior chamber Implantable Collamer Lens phakic intraocular lens (pIOL) (V4c Visian) to correct myopia. Setting Private practice, Oviedo, Spain. Design Case series.
