To investigate the immunogenicity of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) –positive and triple-negative (TN) breast cancers (BCs), we evaluated tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and immunologically relevant genes in the neoadjuvant GeparSixto trial.
