Master's thesis in Global Development and Planning (UT506) Purpose: The expected increase in precipitation puts greater pressure on how cities should handle surface water. Furthermore, increased population growth, urbanization and densification entail challenges in creating and maintaining local communities that are perceived as safe and good.
