Master's thesis in Sociology and social work (ME522) The focus of this thesis is labor inclusion in Nordic Choice Hotels. My starting point for writing a master ́s thesis on this is the unemployment in Norway, and an interest in what effects being unemployed has for the individual, as well as how companies relate to an inclusive working life. It is especially the challenges of entering the labor marked for young people with mental disorders, as well as refugees and people with immigrant background, that has triggered my interest for the field.
