Our research entitled Translation and Analogy in the Franco-Romanian Field is globally carried out within the framework of translation studies, considered as an application area of contemporary linguistic and psychological theories operating with the concepts of analogy, conceptualization and motivation (P Monneret, (2004), D. Hofstadter, E.
