The problem of misidentification between edible and poisonous wild plants: Reports from the Mediterranean area

Abstract Today, in many European countries, people are looking for wild edible plants to experience new tastes and flavors, by following the new trend of being green and environmentally friendly. Young borage and spinach leaves can be easily confused by inexpert pickers with those of other plants, including poisonous ones, such as Mandragora autumnalis Bertol. (mandrake) or Digitalis purpurea L. (foxglove), common in southern and northern Italy respectively. Estudio prospectivo sobre la eficacia de un programa de escuela de espalda

Resumen Objetivos Valorar la eficacia de un programa de Escuela de Espalda (EE) en el tratamiento del dolor lumbar cronico, teniendo en cuenta la modificacion de la capacidad funcional, de la intensidad del dolor y la repercusion cognitivo-conductual. Pacientes y Metodos Se incluyeron en un estudio prospectivo 419 pacientes con dolor lumbar cronico que habian participado en un programa de EE, de los que 274 fueron evaluables, con un seguimiento minimo de nueve meses. Los resultados se analizaron mediante una encuesta escrita.
