Masteroppgave idrettsvitenskap- Universitetet i Agder , 2014 Football is in its simplest form, a game where you have to kick a leather ball into a goal. By itself, it creates no values to society. The values football creates for society is through relationships the football club have to other parts of society. These relationships are looked upon in a system theoretical perspective. Through qualitative interviews with systems that have a structural link to the football club, it examined the relevance and foundation IK Start has in the rest of society.
