In social practice boundaries often have been perceived and used as a tool of structuring of the space. Spatial structures appear as representations of different activities and patterns as public and private relationships. Elaboration and use of development policy monitoring instruments promotes applicable and effective policy implementation and decision making, which is based on regular and systematic verification of resources, actions and results.
