Introduction La prise en charge de l’obesite et de la depression represente un poids consequent et en augmentation pour le systeme de soins. Plusieurs etudes ont montre que ces deux pathologies partagent des mecanismes physiopathologiques communs. Par ailleurs, aux Etats-Unis, la repartition spatiale des zones de forte prevalence des deux pathologies presente des similitudes.
