Abstract The immediate postextractional implant insertion is a specific way of surgical approach to implanto-prosthetic treatment. This article addresses the indications, advantages, and surgical techniques of immediate postextraction insertion, illustrated with a clinical case. Objectives: presentation of the indications, advantages and surgical procedure of immediate postextractional implant insertion.
