Simetriski aizvietotu un hirālu 1,4-dihidropiridīnu sintēze un elektroķīmiskā izpēte

2008

Darbā izstrādātas divas metodes jaunu 1,4-dihidropiridīnu rindu iegūšanai. Elektroķīmiski reducējot piridīnija perhlorātu alkilhalogenīdu klātbūtnē, iegūti heterociklā pilnīgi aizvietoti 1,4-dihidropiridīni ar atšķirīgiem aizvietotājiem pie C-4 atoma. Iegūta jauna nesimetriski aizvietotu 1,4-dihidropiridīnu rinda, izmantojot modificēto Hanča sintēzi; izpētīts iegūto savienojumu elektroķīmiskās oksidēšanas mehānisms. Pat vāji bāziskās vidēs oksidēšanas produktā – piridīnija sālī elektronakceptorie aizvietotāji iekšmolekulārās ciklizācijas rezultātā veido laktona ciklu.

Jaunas 4-diaizvietotu 1,4-dihidropiridīnu rindas elektroķīmiskā iegūšana un izpēte

Noskaidrots 1,2,6-trimetil-3,4,5-trimetoksikarbonil- 1,4-dihidropiridīna elektroķīmiskās oksidēšanas mehānisms. Izstrādāta metode 1,2,6-trimetil-3,4,5-trimetoksi- karbonilpiridīnija perhlorāta elektroķīmiskai sintēzei. Iegūtais piridīnija perhlorāts aprotonā vidē reducējas divās vienelektroniskās kvaziapgriezeniskās stadijās. Alkilhalogenīdu klātbūtnē otrā elektrona pārnese kļūst neapgriezeniska. Elektroķīmiski ģenerētie anjoni pārnes elektronu uz alkilhalogenīdu, tos reducējot līdz alkilradikāļiem. Heterociklā pilnīgi aizvietotu 1,4-dihidropiridīnu rinda iegūta elektroķīmiski reducējot 1,2,6-trimetil-3,4,5-trimetoksikarbonilpiridīnija perhlorātu alkilhalogenīdu klātbūtnē.
