<p>Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar los temas relacionados con las distintas perspectivas de toma de decisiones en la organización: top-down, bottom-up y middle-up-down y el papel del directivo medio en ese proceso. O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar como se classifica a estrutura organizacional e a gestao de uma empresa de fabricacao e montagem de equipamentos industriais sob a otica da teoria contingencial. Este estudo trabalho fundamenta-se nos estudos de Burns & Stalker (1960) e Lawrence & Lorsch (1967) que contribuiram com a utilizacao da variavel ambiente para a definicao das estruturas organizacionais nas organizacoes. Partiendo de la idea de que el proceso integrador de formación de la estrategia es el más eficiente en entornos turbulentos, planteamos también que este proceso es el más eficiente en la gestión del trabajo, y en especial del trabajo complejo.
