The degree of binding of 3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-diacetyl-diphenylbisguanylhydrazonedinitrate (BG 60) and of progesterone bisguanylhydrazonedichloride (BG 31) to ribonucleic acid (RNA) was determined by means of equilibrium dialysis and by gel filtration on Sephadex® columns.
