2013

Le vieillissement de la population constitue aujourd'hui un défi majeur pour la plupart des pays d'Europe occidentale et devrait marquer profondément la structure et le fonctionnement de nos sociétés (Commission européenne, 2012a). Aux niveaux européen et nationaux, le vieillissement de la population est de plus en plus intégré aux réflexions et débats politiques, notamment en matière de politique budgétaire, car il entrainera des coûts supplémentaires pour les états (Commission européenne, 2012b). Aux niveaux locaux, le phénomène n'est par contre pas encore véritablement pris en compte, alors que ce sont les collectivités locales qui devront répondre aux impacts et besoins liés au vieillis…
