EP756 Laterally extended endopelvic resection: a comparative analysis between laparotomic and laparoscopically modified approach

Introduction/Background Laterally Extended Endopelvic Resection (LEER) has been identified as a valid therapeutic option for women with gynecological malignancies involving the pelvic side wall.
