Zusammenfassung Auf dem Wege der nucleophilen Addition von 2-Aminoadamantan an die entsprechenden Isothiocyanate sind die folgenden N-(2-Adamantyl)thioharnstoffe dargestellt worden: N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(2-naphthyl)-, N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(3-fluorphenyl)- und N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(4-fluorphenyl)thioharnstoff. In analoger Weise hat die Addition von 2-Aminoadamantan an 2-Fluorphenylisocyanat zu N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(2-fluorphenyl)harnstoff gefuhrt. N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(3-fluorphenyl)- und N-(2-Adamantyl)-N′-(4-fluorphenyl)thioharnstoff weisen antivirale Wirksamkeit auf.
