Background: Isolated atrial fibrillation can cause mitral regurgitation (MR) in patients with normal left ventricular systolic function and no organic disease of the mitral valve. Little information is available regarding outcomes of Mitraclip in patients with atrial functional mitral regurgitation (AFMR).
