AbstractIn this study I propose to give a record on the special feature of Italian literary works concerning the subject of migration.My corpus includes the essential of the writings (eight autobiographical stories and four novels) published in Italy between 1990 (year that marks in Italy the growing of this new literary genre) and 2015.Authors taken into consideration are mostly Italians with an immigrant background, they are first-generation or second-generation immigrants.It’s a question of six men and six women.
