Linfornas no hodgkinianos y mielomas: estudio clínico-patológico y caracterización inmunológica

Los linfomas constituyen, en general, un grupo de tumores que se originan primariamente en el tejido linfático y su carácter maligno se demuestra por la capacidad de invadir todos los sistemas orgánicos, motivo por el cual,se adjetivizan como linfomas malignos. Uno de los avances más importantes en los últimos 20 años, ha sido el separar por un lado el linfogranuloma de Hodgkin y por otro los linfomas no hodgkinianos. Los linfomas no hodgkinianos representan un grupo heterogéneo de neoplasias que se originan a partir de células de estirpe linfática y cuyo estudio anatomopatológico no revela la existencia de células gigantes de Reed-Sternberg ni su contexto histológico granulomatoso.

Several studies have focused on identifying microRNAs involved in the pathogenesis of melanoma. However, its association with clinicopathological features has been scarcely addressed. The aim of this study is to identify microRNAs expression profiles related to aggressive clinicopathological and molecular features, and to analyze the association with melanoma survival.
