Se comunica un caso clínico de Lipoma Intraóseo de tibia con diagnóstico anatomopatológico confirmado, que constituye en la revisión bibliográfica el número 35. Se realiza, a propósito de este caso clínico, el estudio de otras lesiones con las que es obligado establecer el diagnóstico diferencial.
