Anestesia Epidural en la Espondiloartritis Anquilosante

The authors present two cases of anquilosating spondyloarthritis subjected to total bilateral hip arthroplasty involving the epidural anesthesic technique. This method, shown to be of use in orthopedic surgery, was also found to be appicable in Bechterew's disease.
