Predicting intention to participate in self-management behaviors in patients with Familial Hypercholesterolemia: A cross-national study.

Rationale. Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) is a genetic condition that predisposes patients to substantially increased risk of early-onset atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
