Master's thesis in Public health science (ME516) Background and purpose: The Public Health Act requires all municipalities in the country to have an overview of health status and factors of influence. Previous surveys show that the review work does not satisfy section 5 of the Public Health Act. The surveys also show that there are differences in municipality size when it comes to overview. The study examines how far Norwegian municipalities have come with the overview work, and whether the differences in municipality size still apply.
