Abstract Inotuzumab ozogamicin (CMC-544) is an antibody-targeted chemotherapy agent composed of a humanized CD22 antibody, conjugated to calicheamicin, a potent cytotoxic antitumor agent. Inotuzumab ozogamicin targets B-cell malignancies since they often express CD22.
