Master's thesis Fine Arts KF500 - University of Agder 2018 Once a year a group of young musicians set out on a journey that will be quite unlike anything they have experienced before. Most of them will travel several thousand kilometers and partake in a culture that is vastly different from their own. The project they are partaking in is called MOVE (Musicians and Organizers VolunteersExchange) and is an international exchange with the aim of giving young musicians and organizers the opportunity to work with music and culture in a vastly different environment than their own, and thereby exchange competency, experiences and ideas.
