The article analyzes the legal recognition before an administrative authority of the triple affiliation of a child occurred in Argentina in the year 2015. The case, carried out by the organization ?Lawyers for Sexual Rights (AboSex)?, was the second precedent in the country and entailed the recognition, through the competent administrative authority, of a family composed of two mothers, a father and a child.
