Luxacion anterior escapulo-humeral : reduccion con la maniobra de elevacion anterior

The technique and results obtained with the Cooper''s forward elevation maneuver for anterior dislocations of thc shoulder are reported. The maneuver is reccomended because of its simplicity and inocuity, and because it is unpainful and only one surgeon is required, with 64% of reductions obtained wirhour general anaesthesia, and 76% if anaesthesized patients are included.
