The main objective of this case study is to research, interpret and describe the learning history and corporate culture of a family-owned industrial firm that has been highly successful in its operating culture, product development and growth intention. Furthermore, the aim is to find out whether certain difficulties the firm has experienced have had an impact on the continuous and sustainable development, in the light of accumulated learning and knowledge management.
