Abstract Introduction: Adoptive cellular therapy (ACT) of donor-derived cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) directed to leukemia or herpesvirus has proven promising to improve antiviral and antileukemic immunity in patients following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT).
