Les acteurs locaux – familles, enseignants, personnels administratifs et de services, associations, élus – interviennent sur le territoire de l’aire de recrutement des élèves. Les acteurs plus lointains agissent par la structure institutionnelle très hiérarchisée de l’Éducation nationale, le réseau des mouvements pédagogiques, celui des associations nationales de parents ou d’élus. Les uns et les autres auraient intérêt à unir et coordonner leurs efforts pour mieux contribuer à la réussite scolaire de tous les élèves.
