Abstract Study objective To compare 2 procedures for metroplasty: resectoscopy with monopolar knife versus small-diameter hysteroscopy fitted with a Versapoint device. Design Prospective randomized study (Canadian Task Force classification I). Setting Endoscopic gynecology units at tertiary care university hospitals.
