Master's thesis in Global Development and Planning (UT506) In the following assignment I have chosen to look at how to avoid damaging conflicts during the development of the Lynetteholmen megaproject in Copenhagen. The project is in the initial phase and there is currently a principle agreement in which there is broad political agreement to continue working on. An environmental impact report is expected by the end of 2020, which will lay the foundation for the next agreement in principle. This agreement must, in turn, be given political approval, a legislative change must be made before the building process can be sat in motion.
