Master's thesis in Management (ORG917) In this thesis, I have looked at what might explain that some kindergarten owners have chosen to sell the kindergarten and some have chosen to keep the kindergarten. Based on Bolman and Deal, (2018), I have looked at four different interpretive frameworks / perspectives on what might explain the kindergarten owners' choice to sell or not sell the kindergarten. Based on the theory, hypotheses were developed that were used as a basis to gain an understanding of what might explain the various factors that made respondents chose to sell or keep the kindergarten.
