Mechanisms of skin toxicity of paclitaxel: An in vitro preclinical assessment.

However little is known about the preclinical mechanisms that lead to this toxicity. The endpoint of this study was to analyse the cutaneous mechanisms that drive paclitaxel toxicity in a preclinical model.
