In this article the author critically analyzes underlying discursive statements on managerial and leadership issues in relation to ethics and responsibility in information and communication technology enterprises – the firms and people involved in the case have a Finnish and/or Nordic background. The topic of the study is remarkably broad, and so this fact indicates the existence of limited, subjectively constructed views on multiple theoretical, methodological and empirical insights and dimensions.
