Metabolic plasticity of mixotrophic algae is key for their persistence in browning environments

The dataset consists of phenotypic and transcriptomic data of Cryptomonas sp. when submitted to different concentrations of dissolved organic carbon (DOC), fully phototrophic conditions and glucose supplemented phototrophic conditions.
