Administrative law remains a legal area riddle with obstacles to the ADR. However, social changes and the mutation of administrative structures requires the search of new ways to solve administrative disputes. At a time of a growing role played by mediation, despite the inequality between the parties, administrative mediation appears as a potential way to settle disputes with the Administration. More difficult seems the incorporation of arbitration as a way of solving administrative disputes.
