Este artículo analiza desde los parámetros teóricos y metodológicos de la críticacomo sabotaje El Álbum mexicano (1849), periódico ilustrado del siglo xix, que actuó como"sistema modelizante" para crear un relato de la nueva nación mexicana. Escritos geográficos,biografías, literatura, entre otros géneros, operaron en una misma dirección ideológica paradiseñar un mismo "modelo de mundo" inspirado en los ideales de la burguesía criolla.Asimismo, se establece un diálogo entre la crítica como sabotaje y el poscolonialismo con elque esta teoría dialoga de manera directa. Considering the theoretical and methodological parameters of criticism as sabotage, this article analyzes El Álbum mexicano (1849), an illustrated newspaper of the 19th century which acted as a "modeling system" to create an account of the new Mexican nation. Geograph-ical writings, biographies, literature, among other genres, operated in the same ideological direction to design a sole "world model" inspired by the ideals of the Creole bourgeoisie. Likewise, this article establishes a dialogue between criticism as sabotage and postcolonialism, with which the aforementioned theory dialogues directly.
