El presente trabajo ofrece una visión panorámica de la normativa material y de ordenación de los seguros en Cuba. Abordando los aspectos en cuanto al control y regulación administrativa, se abordan los elementos estructurales más destacables del sistema con la finalidad de contribuir al conocimiento de este mercado. Con el mismo propósito, se ha realizado un breve análisis de la normativa materia básica contenida en la ley del contrato de seguro. The present work offers a panoramic vision of the normative material and of ordination of the insurance in Cuba. Approaching the aspects as for the control and administrative regulation, the structural most prominent elements in the system are approached with the purpose of contributing to the knowledge of this market.
